@TheRTTrader brought up a point this week that will be helpful many traders.
To quickly look through a list of stocks using a web service, bookmark the Finviz Stock Screener.

Then paste the list of symbols into the Tickers box, to the right, and hit Enter.
This works great with the Persistence UP and DOWN lists, done separately.
