Persistence UP

This is the normal list.

These are the strongest stocks during the uplegs ending 10/19 and 9/16.  Some has clearly reversed downward.  Others could become huge leaders if the dollar weakens.  Forgive the few that are junk, no time to fix it.  I used all the normal pre-screening.
