These are the strongest stocks during the uplegs ending 10/19 and 9/16.  Some has clearly reversed downward.  Others could become huge leaders if the dollar weakens.  Forgive the few that are junk, no time to fix it.  I used all the normal pre-screening.

Please cast your vote for how the symbols in these lists are presented.  Who knows, even if you’re happy it could change.  Many people are typing in all the symbols.  Perhaps we can find a way to make it easier.
